Refund & Exchange Policy

Return or Exchange Period
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date. This period allows ample time for customers to assess their purchase and make a decision.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued if any of the following conditions are met:
a. Faulty Product: If the product received is damaged, defective, or faulty, we will gladly refund the full purchase amount.
b. Mistake of the Business: In the event that the customer receives a product different from what was ordered due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange will be facilitated if any of the following conditions are met:
a. Don’t Like It: If a customer is dissatisfied with the product received but it is in good condition, they can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be handled separately.
b. Like Something Else: Customers may also request an exchange if they have changed their mind and prefer a different product from our store. The exchanged item should be of equal or lesser value, and any price difference will be handled separately.
Return Process:
a. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us via Facebook or Instagram within the 3-day period after delivery.
b. Once the return or exchange request is approved, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
c. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for carefully packaging and we will assist you to ship the products back to us.
d. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team. The refunded amount can only be processed via bKash.
e. For exchanges, the new product will be shipped to the customer once the returned product is received and inspected. Any price difference will be handled separately.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
a. Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or neglect.
b. Products that show signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way.
c. In situations where the customer picks up a product instead of opting for delivery and physically checks the product before purchase.
East Bengal Closet reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
